- Are the products guaranteed? 

Yes all our products are guaranteed 2 months but for indoors cat only. 

- Can I have a refund if I don't like what I receive? 

Yes, if you are unhappy with the product, you can return it up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Product must be in perfect resealable conditions.
